AYSO U Tips

AYSO U is a new online learning resource for all AYSO volunteers to take an online course on their own computer or mobile device or to enroll to take an instructor taught class given within our Area or at any AYSO location throughout the island and through the nation.

HOW TO SIGN UP

How do I take an online course or sign up to attend an instructor class?

You must be registered as an AYSO volunteer on your respective Region’s Blue Sombrero website (usually ayso.bluesombrero.com/region___) in order to access AYSO U. The eAYSO system is no longer being used and every AYSO volunteer must re-register regardless if you have registered in the past. Please remember your new AYSO Login ID and password. You will need this when you visit the AYSO U website to login.

Take the ONLINE Safe Haven or CDC Awareness Course:
• Click on AYSO U on top of this web page
• Login to AYSO U in the top right of page with your AYSO Login and password
• Click on My Courses from the top red bar
• Choose a course and click open
• Click launch for each module to complete the course

You may be asked to pay for the course with a credit card. Check with your respective region for their course refund policy. Print and keep the receipt for reimbursement.

Take an ONLINE Coach/Referee Course:

• Click on AYSO U on top of this web page
• Login to AYSO U in the top right of page with your AYSO Login and password
• Click on eCommerce from the top red bar
• Choose a course

You may be asked to pay for the course with a credit card. Check with your respective region for their course refund policy. Print and keep the receipt for reimbursement.

• Click launch for each module to complete the course.

Register for an INSTRUCTOR TAUGHT Course:
• Click on AYSO U on top of this web page
• Login top right of page with AYSO Login and password
• Click on My Courses from the top red bar
• Click open Instructor Led Courses (Coaches or Referee)
• Select Course you wish to enroll and click sessions
• Choose course/place/date and click register (you may have to scroll to find your local class)
• Click on Course Title to get further information and requirements
