Welcome to Walk Soccer Hawaii!  This is an AYSO Adult Soccer program open to adult players of all ages.  While this fast growing sport was originally created for older former players it is also a game for players who have never played the game of soccer before but want to play in a safer setting.  Walk soccer has spread around the world and is currently played in over 55 countries as well as across the U.S. Walking Soccer is a fast-paced modified small sided game with rules that promote safety - no contact, no heading, and no running.  In this game you speed walk so your heart rate does go up and you get lots and lots of steps.  This game has been shown to improve balance, muscle strength and stamina.  In addition to the physical benefits of walk soccer you also get emotional and social benefits as it is a sport that promotes fun, fitness and friendships.  Games are coed.  We play on Saturdays from 2-4 pm at Waipio Field #2.

Season starts August l, 2024 and ends July 31, 2025.  There will be fall, winter, spring and summer sessions with breaks to be announced.  Your registration fee will cover all of these sessions.  Sign up by the early bird date of August 31, 2024 to get your best deal.
